Support the academic and emotional development of K-5 students as a School Psychologist serving multiple elementary schools in the Chattanooga area. This full-time, onsite contract position runs from ASAP through May 21, 2026, offering a dynamic caseload focused on evaluations, ARDs, IEPs, and Behavior Plans within a committed educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess student needs.
- Participate actively in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Create and monitor behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student success.
- Travel minimally between assigned schools within the district.
Qualifications And Experience
- Valid Tennessee Department of Education certification in School Psychology.
- Proven experience working with elementary-aged students (K-5).
- Strong skills in evaluation, assessment, and behavior planning.
